1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, testing, or browsing the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, along with our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and community testers.

2. Eligibility & Account Security

Students Voice is designed primarily for student communities and educational networking. By creating an account, you represent that:

• The information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You will immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or data breach regarding your profile.

3. User Conduct & Content Guidelines

As a community-focused platform, we enforce a strict code of conduct. Users retain ownership of the content they post but grant Students Voice a license to host it. You agree not to host, upload, display, modify, or share any information that:

• Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, or invasive of another's privacy.
• Harasses, intimidates, or promotes hate speech against any student, individual, or group.
• Infringes upon third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks.
• Contains software viruses or code designed to disrupt, track, or limit platform functionality.

4. Live Streaming & Media Engagement

Students Voice provides real-time broadcast and live-streaming infrastructure. When initiating or participating in a live broadcast, you agree that your stream may be monitored for compliance with community guidelines. Broadcasts may be temporarily or permanently stored on our cloud systems for review and engagement-tracking purposes. Any stream violating community safety standards will be terminated instantly without prior notice.

5. Rewards & Engagement Programs

The Platform may offer periodic incentives, monthly reward tiers, or sustained engagement milestones based on active user tracking metrics.

Note: Attempting to manipulate background tracking, employing automated bots, running emulators, or artificially inflating active engagement time to cheat the rewards metrics is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban and forfeiture of all accumulated rewards.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All brand identity, UI elements, design systems, algorithms, source code, graphics, and proprietary software infrastructure powering Students Voice remain the exclusive intellectual property of the platform developers. No portion of the codebase, styling, or app architecture may be reverse-engineered, scraped, or copied without explicit written consent.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend, limit, or permanently terminate user accounts that repeatedly violate guidelines, bypass technical barriers, disrupt server stability, or negatively impact the student community environment.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Students Voice makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding platform uptime, media delivery speed, or data permanence. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon being posted to this page. Continued use of the platform following updates signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
