Cancellation & Refund Policy

Important Notice: Students Voice maintains a strict non-refundable policy for all standard tiers, engagement options, or transactions initiated on the platform. By utilizing our services, you accept these terms unconditionally.

1. General Policy Overview

Students Voice provides a community networking, media streaming, and student engagement platform. Because access to tools, real-time streaming bandwidth, and community interactive features is provisioned immediately upon account status adjustments or tokenized actions, all interactions are considered final.

2. Strict Non-Refundable Clause

Any fees, support donations, transactional operations, or balance actions executed within the Platform are 100% non-refundable.

By using Students Voice, you explicitly understand and agree that:

  • No refunds will be issued for partial usage, immediate account terminations, or temporary outages.
  • Technical errors resulting from localized internet issues, unauthorized emulators, or tampered hardware do not qualify for any financial recourse.
  • We do not offer pro-rated refunds or credit rollbacks under any circumstances.

3. Account & Service Cancellation

Users can choose to stop using the platform or request the complete deletion of their account credentials at any time through the in-app profile settings panel. Cancellation of an active account will immediately revoke access to live streaming privileges, standard feeds, and archived media. No historical data or standing metrics can be retrieved once the final cancellation request is processed.

4. Rewards & Incentive Forfeiture

If an account is voluntarily cancelled by the user, or permanently revoked due to a violation of our core community terms, all accumulated rewards progress, tracking milestones, and active engagement points are instantly forfeited. Forfeited assets cannot be transferred, reinstated, or converted back into any form of value or credit.

5. Policy Against System Abuse

Attempting to initiate fraudulent payment chargebacks or unverified payment disputes through external processors without first communicating directly with platform support will lead to an immediate, permanent ban from Students Voice. We reserve the right to submit platform log records to legal panels to safeguard against illegitimate claim distributions.
