Haryana Board(HBSE) Results 2013 : According to the News/Notification, The Board of School Education Haryana (BSEH) Bhiwani also known as HBSE (Haryana Board of School Education) is going to declare the results of class 10th and Class 12th (10+2) Intermediate (Arts, Science, Commerce) Semester (1st, 2nd)  for both fresh and re-appear students. Haryana Board process now catch the speed and now preparing the result. The Board has recently taken the Exams whose evaluation process of Answer sheet of both classes 10th/Secondary re-appear has completed on 5th May, 2013 whereas evaluation of many subjects of 12th/Senior Secondary (10+2) has completed on 8th May, 2013.

The Board of School Education Haryana, Bhiwani came into existence in 1969 as per Haryana Act No. 11 of 1969 with its head-quarters at Chandigarh later shifted to Bhiwani in January 1981. his Board has introduced the semester system of education from academic year 2006-2007. It is the first Board in India to do so. It is also the first Board to introduce relative grading, CCE (Continuous & Comprehensive Evaluation) in board classes i.e. Secondary & Senior Secondary.

Anti-ragging Helpline Portal i.e. www.antiragging.in as well as Anti-ragging Helpline Number i.e. 1800-180-5522 is launched by Human Resource Development(HRD) Minister Kapil Sibal  launched to lodge the Ragging Complains and cases of ragging. This is a great step by India Government.  This anti-ragging portal created by the  Aman Satya Kachroo Trust, under Rajendra Kachroo whose son Aman was ragged to death by four of his seniors in a medical college in Himachal Pradesh.

Advantages of this Anti-ragging Helpline..

• Its good to hear that now students will be able to file/lodge online complaints against harassment or ragging by anyone on campus/institutions. The Action will be taken within 15 minutes by college management and police after receiving a complaint.

• This Helpline Portal create the database of all the 40,000 Schools , Colleges/ Univeristies /Institutions across the country.

• The complaints would be examined. If they are of serious magnitude, they would be transferred immediately to the police, the magistrate and head of the institution. 

Anti-ragging Helpline Number & Websites:

• The complaints can be lodged at helpline number 1800-180-5522 , or 

• on websites www.antiragging.in  and www.amanmovement.org

Earlier students were required submit an affidavit on non-legal stamp paper declaring against ragging which will be put to an end with the launch of this website. Now the affidavit can be downloaded from the website, filled in and submitted online. This practice will ease the process and also develop a database of all students. One can also get the anti-ragging affidavits through email registering on the website and keep a track about the progress of their complaints.

This action/decision is taken due to State Election Commission, Haryana is going to

of HTET from 1 hour 30 minutes (1.5 Hours) to 2 hours 30 minutes (2.5 Hours).
